They will be partnering with local vendors to create a unique holiday shopping experience for all Atlantic City residents and visitors.

Students enrolled in our First Step To Careers (FSTC) program at Ideal Institute of Technology are getting a jumpstart in career pathways in the entrepreneurial industry.
The full scope of the entrepreneurship program involves site development, business registrations, operations, business stationery, websites, inventory management, and marketing. Students who are a part of this program are focused and committed to gaining real-world business experience. The earn-as-you-learn concept will educate, train, and foster young entrepreneurs as they gain experience operating a business in the pop-up market concept.
This mobile market will operate around Atlantic County to provide various consumer goods for residents and visitors to the area. The Ideal Discount Club in Pleasantville provides hands-on training by contributing quality products such as clothing and jewelry for students to sell. This is also an opportunity for students to sell their own original products as well.
The most innovative aspect of this project is to assist students in establishing themselves in the business world. Ideal hopes to train and establish 30 entrepreneurs this year and up to 100 more in the next 3 years.
Ideal’s Construction Trades students will also be part of this exciting venture by building pop-up stores to be used around the county. The benchmark this year is to provide a 40 ft. x 80 ft. tent with a capacity to hold 60 stores.
